DANISH FILMS AT THE MUMBAI FILM FESTIVAL

The Danish festival hit APPLAUSE directed by debuting director Martin Zandvliet will be competition in the festival’s international competition alongside 12 other international features. It is quite prestigious and there quite a lot of money to be won. Total of $ 250.000 in awards to the films in competition! Please note that director Martin Zandvliet scriptwriter Anders August as well as lead actress (and festival award winner) Paprika Steen will present the film at its Asian premiere in Mumbai this Friday.

Additionally 5 other Danish films will be presented in the World Cinema section: ANTICHRIST by Lars von Trier, THE BLESSING by Heidi Maria Faisst, THE CANDIDATE by Kasper Barfoed, DELIVER US FROM EVIL by Ole Bornedal and LITTLE SOLDIER by Annette K. Olesen.
